1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible products within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• The product must not have any stains, perfume, body odor, damage, or signs of use.
• Proof of purchase or order details must be provided.

Mr.Suit reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

2. Customized & Altered Products

Products that have been custom-tailored, altered, personalized, or made according to customer-provided measurements are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Customers are requested to carefully verify their measurements, size, color, and customization requirements before confirming an order.

If a customized product is delivered with a manufacturing defect or is different from the confirmed order specifications, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos.

3. Size Exchange

For eligible ready-made products, a size exchange may be requested within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Products sent for exchange must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer another suitable option or a refund/store credit, depending on the circumstances.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Mr. Suit within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs/videos of the product
• Details of the issue

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost where applicable.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product supplied by Mr.Suit.

6. Return Shipping

For returns or exchanges due to a customer's size preference, change of mind, or other non-defect reason, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

If Mr.Suit has supplied a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, applicable return/replacement shipping costs will be handled by us.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or made-to-measure suits
• Altered or personalized products
• Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or used
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
• Items specifically marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

8. Color & Appearance

Actual product colors may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Minor color variations of this nature will generally not be considered a product defect.

9. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, contact our customer support team with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and relevant photographs if required.
