At Mr.Suit, we aim to process and deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after successful order confirmation and payment verification, where applicable.

For ready-made products, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

For customized, altered, or made-to-measure products, additional processing time may be required depending on the tailoring and customization requested.

Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times within India are generally:

• Kerala: 2–5 business days
• Other locations in India: 4–8 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Customized & Made-to-Measure Orders

Customized, altered, and made-to-measure products require additional preparation and tailoring time.

The estimated dispatch or delivery timeline may be communicated to the customer when the order is confirmed.

Customers are requested to place customized orders sufficiently in advance, particularly when purchasing suits for weddings, engagements, receptions, or other special occasions.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

From time to time, Mr.Suit may offer free shipping as part of promotional campaigns or for orders meeting specified conditions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Please allow some time for the courier tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

• Full name
• Complete delivery address
• PIN code
• Mobile number
• Any relevant delivery instructions

Mr.Suit will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner may contact you to complete the delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or has provided incorrect information, additional delivery or reshipping charges may apply.

8. Delayed Shipments

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

These may include:

• Courier or logistics delays
• Severe weather
• Public holidays
• Transportation disruptions
• High order volumes
• Remote delivery locations
• Government restrictions
• Other unforeseen circumstances

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears significantly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographs or a video before opening it.

If the product inside is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Mr.Suit within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos.

Eligible cases will be handled according to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

10. Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

11. International Shipping

Currently, shipping availability outside India may depend on the destination and available courier services.

Customers interested in international delivery should contact Mr.Suit before placing an order to confirm availability, estimated delivery time, shipping charges, and any applicable customs or import requirements.
